Finale is not compatible with Kontakt 7 and other VST3 libraries at this time and will not show in Finale's VST Banks & Effects window or ScoreManager. The Kontakt 7 Player does not have VST2 components but you may be able to find VST2 components for other libraries by reaching out directly to the developer.
Please note that this will not effect Mac computers as Finale will be able to work with the AU components available on that operating system.
