"You must log in to use this accompaniment" error message when opening content

SmartMusic does require the user to be logged in to access any content. To log in to SmartMusic, click the Log In button located on SmartMusic Home. If you still receive the message after logging in, follow these steps:

  1. From the Help menu, choose Troubleshooting > Clear Web Cache.
  2. Close SmartMusic.
  3. Relaunch SmartMusic and log in.
