Enrolled in the wrong class

If you have chosen the wrong class, you can request to be removed by following these steps: 

  1. Open the SmartMusic application and log in to your account
  2. Scroll down to find the grey "Classes" box and select Enroll. A list of classes for your school(s) appears.
  3. Select the x next to the class you are incorrectly enrolled in. A dialogue box appears to confirm your selection.
  4. Choose OK.

 Once you follow these steps an e-mail will be sent to the teacher requesting that they remove you from their class. To make sure that the correct student information is removed, and to maintain privacy, MakeMusic Customer Support can't edit records without the teachers' permission.

 

You can enroll into an additional class to get your correct assignments, but all of the assignments will be on your list until the teacher has removed you from the class.
