so my problem is the flag of the note is connected to the wrong note how to i flip it to the other noe next to it
It depends what you mean. Here are two situations. A uses the Broken Beam Tool (pictured), a Special Tool (wrench icon). B uses the slash key to detach or attach a note to the one before it.
If your problem is different, perhaps you could send an image of hte problem you are trying to solve.
