After paying to buy Garritan Personal Orchestra, I downloaded it successfully. Later I tried to buy the updating 5 but I had some problems: when I wrote the series number, there was written NOT VALID but I checked it and it was right. Later I checked on my account the program downloaded and the series numbere was written in red colour as if it was wrong. How can I download buy the updating 5? Can you help me?

Fortunately, the version of the Garritan library that you purchased just recently was the latest version, Garritan Personal Orchestra 5. The reason you are seeing an error when trying to upgrade using that serial number is because it is already the latest version. Also, I can see where the confusion lies in the red coloring of the serial number information, but that is just the default color - so no worries there!
If you need to download the software again, you can log into your account here using your username/email address and password and hen download the software using the green Download button.
