I would like to be able to minimize Playback Control window or make it floating. 

As for the Main Tool Palette, I'd like to be able to minimize it to one row of icons, horizontally and vertically.

Harald is correct that the functionality is already present. We do have some work scheduled to further improve palettes and playback controls.

Both features are already there and don't need to be requested. The playback controls can be docked/undocked to the main window - if it's undocked, it can also be closed. The main tool palette can also be resized in different ways, exactly as you wish.

Hi,

had a same request. Can't make it minimize it on MacOS like in my windows PC. Or is there a way, I don't know?
