I am recently editing a part extracted from a full score, and I need to add an additional blank staff to put in cue notes. The preset is that an extra staff is added below all staves. However, after I reorder them, either with the Reorder Staves command or in the ScoreManager, I found the original staff duplicated and I couldn't delete it. It even constrains the system layout. How may I get this bug away out?
