Why don't you try the "Submit a request" link above to send your file directly to MM Support?

That's odd. I don't. I get...

 

I don't see any info on your Profile page. Are you by any chance outside the U.S.? Perhaps that makes a difference where the link goes.

Are you sure you clicked on the correct link? You seem to have gone to the link you originally posted. The "Submit a request" link is in the gray band at the very top of the page.

Thanks for posting!

 

It looks like you were on the right track for submitting a support ticket. In the future you will want to choose the Notation option and then more options will appear for you to complete the ticket. 

 

For this issue, I will go ahead and create a ticket on your behalf so we can take a closer look at the problem. You should be receiving an email from our support team shortly.
