Software version of what?  You mean v.25?

Prints with no upper margin on page.

It sounds like you may be running into an issue with Finale v25 that affects some of our Mac users. Try the steps in this knowledge base article to see if it helps: Margin mis-alignment when printing to PDF (Mac)
