Hi Roy,

Thanks for posting!

I wanted to jump in with a quick clarification - Finale (including the latest version, v25) does still come with the Garritan Instruments for Finale and the library is still supported by our Customer Success Team. I would expect that the sounds would've installed with your latest version of Finale, just as they have in the past. Does this appear to not be the case?

You can verify this by creating a new document with the Setup Wizard (File > New > Document with Setup Wizard), and then opening Document > Audio Units Banks & Effects. If you see the ARIA Player loaded into the Banks (starting with Bank 1 and going on from there depending on how many instruments you have), then you are using the Garritan Instruments for Finale.

If you try playback, and something appears amiss, or if you are not seeing the ARIA Player loaded into your document, please send us back those details and we can assess further!

Hello,
I'm experiencing the same problem. I already tried reinstalling the Aria Player and the sound bank and I still get the message "Missing Audio Units Plug-in: Garritan: Instruments for Finale". I can't find a way to make it work. I'm running 10.12.2 (Sierra) and Finale 25.
