Did you get a solution? In reading your post, I am not sure about a couple of things. Are the string tremolos bowing tremolos or pitch tremolos. How are they notated? If bowing, are they notated with slashes on the stems or the word "tremolo"? If pitch, were they created using the Easy Tremolos tool in the Plug-Ins/TG Tools menu or some other way?

The only scenario I can imagine this problem occurring is if you used the word "tremolo" in the parts and need to put in an "ordinario" (or something) to cancel the effect.

Hi Matteo,

Thanks for posting!

This issue sounds like one that may pertain to the specifics of a Finale file (.musx) and may require some testing of those files. Since that is the case I agree would be beneficial to get in contact with out Customer Success team directly. I see that we don't have any support tickets from you yet, please use the Submit a request link to get in contact with one of our agents.

If you have any troubles submitting a ticket, please let us know by posting back here. Hoping to find some answers for you as soon as possible!

Hello,

I have the same issue with Finale 27 Human Playback.

It's hell.

Hi ! Sorry, I just saw your post, having the same problem. Apparently, this problem occurs when you use the "con sordino" or "col legno" markings. They can interfere with the playback and make the tremolos last longer as they should. There is a solution here : https://makemusic.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/17159134008983-String-Tremolos-Don-t-Stop-During-Playback

For me, I just stopped using the default "con sordino" and "col legno" markings, and created similar ones in the Expression Tool (they don't have any effect on the playback anyway).

I'm maybe too late since Finale will disappear soon, but maybe it can help somehow :)

Good day !
