Tech Specs:

Finale v25 (real copy) - ARIA v1.872  and Garritan Instruments for Finale

Laptop - Windows 10 x64 with 16 GB RAM / i7 2.8Ghz / 256 SSD / 1 TB HD

Issues w/ v25:

1. The requested virtual instrument plugin could not be found (followed all the steps in all the articles / checked ARIA / reinstalled x3...no success)

2. The play back controls don't work? Start, Stop, Rewind, Forward are not working (maybe it is because there is no plugin assigned to the notes on the page)

3. In the Setup Wizard the Time Signature area is blank where I should see 2/2 3/4 4/4 et cetera there is nothing. (good thing I remember which ones are where) 

4. Can I use VST from Native Instruments like Kontakt 5  or anything in the Komplete Bundle, as well as VST from the Arturia V5 collection? (How do I get Finale to find these 3rd party plugins)?

I've contacted Customer Support and was referred to the online articles and am now waiting for another reply but don't feel to confidant...
