I've written a choral piece that needs to follow this particular road map:

Page 1 –> Page 2 –> Page 1 –> Page 3 –> Page 1 –> Page 4 –> Page 1 (fine)

I'm a but stumped as to how to navigate the Repeat Tool and sort all of this out.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks –

You think you are stumped, imagine how the performers will feel.

I would think the best way to handle this (as awkward as it is) would be a series of endings, each jumping to a different page. I personally would write some if not all the repeated page 1's out.

Oh, boy – I think you're right with your suggestion of writing the entire thing out!  Sure, it's more paper, but it beats having the singers (my volunteer church choir) being confused by the road map.

Thank you SO much for your suggestions and for taking the time to create such a detailed response!  It's extremely helpful and will be of use both in this instance and in the future.

I've learned (through some unfortunate experiences) that the most important aspect of notation is often making limited rehearsal time as productive as possible for the players.
