Where did the easy Change Note Duration go?

I upgraded to v 25.2.0.92 and noticed that I can no longer use my number pad to easily change a Note's (or Rest) duration in Speedy Entry. The old method was to select number, press the key for the new note duration and it was done (providing the other notes fit in the Time Signature). Now, when I try this method, a Note (or Rest) is inserted and all subsequent notes are shifted Right (and I get the Too Many Note warning). The Old method was a real time saver for me.

Sounds as if you are in Insert mode; press the INSERT key (or the corresponding key on a Mac) to toggle.

Thanks for helping out an old guy with a tired brain!

My wireless keyboard has no number pad, so I use a USB pad. Recently, I was setting up my iPad and Dell tablet for church service and had my wireless keyboard sitting up on my MIDI Controller keyboard (next to my USB number pad). Although he knows not to do it, our young cat walked across my work station, down my controller and must have stepped on my wireless keyboard's Insert Key (no indicator to show it was on). He comes up with a few good melody lines and some interesting chords, but he's not well versed in Microsoft hardware!
