I am trying to figure out how to, if this is even possible, instead of having to write out 16th triplets, (a 16th triplet to each eighth note chord in 4/4 timing)   There are 8 chords per measure connected by the single bar noting that they are eighth notes, ( 2 groups of 4) BUT there are to be 16th note triplet designations per each eighth note.  I have seen where a parallel line is used under the main eighth bar line sort of like a misplaced ledger line and then a small 3 (designating triplets) placed above each "T" juncture of the eighth note.  I am using a MAC, latest version and have Finale 25.

That "misplaced ledger line" is an articulation. Not sure how you would make it actually play triplet sixteenths.
