new finale version. Downloaded last week. Been under the weather so the delay. Spent 85 minutes downloading the product only to find an error while opening it. 

API-MS-WIN-CRT-RUNTIME-1-1-OLL is missing. Reinstall? Really? Do I delete the first version before I wait another 85 minutes? 

Also what is the difference(other than another $150 ) between the personal orchestra and the garratin?
