It may be a matter of semantics, but I would say that if Finale will not open, the installation was not successful.

I have unsuccessfully tried to download the 2014 version of Print Finale to my computer.  what do I need to do?  I have tried to call you

on the phone to no avail. I have the 2011 version currently on my computer.

Allison and Candice,

 

I noticed that these posts do not yet appear to be resolved - this is definitely something that I would suggest (as J Adrian did) working out with our Customer Success team. I have gone ahead and opened up a ticket in our support portal for each of you  so that we can address the problems.
