(Where's Finale Phone Support Gone?)
An ongoing problem I'd like to get to the bottom of...
Lyric word extensions were not working across system/page break. Attempting to manually extend (in scroll view), one of the extensions streaks backward across two pages, becomes unavailable (no handles) to adjust, and causes redraw on that page to stop functioning.

Looks like the kind of thing that may be specific to your Finale file. I will go ahead and open a ticket in our support system so we can get you that information.
I wanted to briefly mention that support for Finale is available online exclusively. You can use the Submit a request button at the top of the page to get in contact with our Customer Success team for technical help with Finale.
