I recently bought finale and have used it for about 2 months now. Lately whenever I playback the score, parts are either lagging or going before others when they shouldn't. I have the latest version 25.2.0.92 and and I've tried reinstalling it and checking the tempo but nothing's working

Are the results consistent (predictable) or random?

It's been happening for the last few weeks. whenever I work on I score playback plays normally and then at random times it starts lagging and I have to close the program.

Thanks for posting.

 

If this is still happening, it may be time to try resetting Finale's preferences: Resetting Finale's preferences (using a tool crashes Finale, etc.). If that doesn't work, then I would recommend using the Submit a request link above to get in contact with one of our agents for some additional troubleshooting.
