finale 2012c.r13 has stopped scrolling on playback and cursor no longer shows.

I have finale 2012c.r13 OP is Windows 10. I have been sing 2012 since windows 10 came our with no problem until yesterday. Suddenly, the music will not scroll on playback and the cursor that follows the music has disappeared. I have checked the box on the playback settings screen to "scroll on playback", but this has not resolved the problem. I have created a new file of a few measures but this has not worked either.

I was having the same problem. Closing Finale and rebooting the computer resolved it.

Thank you. That was the first thing I tried, bu it did not solve the problem. I use the program every day and shut down my computer each day as well, but the problem persisted UNTIL TODAY when it just started working again on it's own, The only new thing I did was switch to ARIA player on one playback - maybe that was it, but scrolling is working full time again!
