Operating system is Windows 7 Professional

FINALE PrintMusic Software version is 2011a.R1

I have no drop down menu when I click on Lyrics Tool, hence I cannot "choose Type into Score" as the manual suggests.

I can move the positioning arrows, but that still does not allow me to edit previously entered lyrics.

Nor can I find how I might upgrade to the 2014 version, if THAT is the problem.

Please provide suggestions.
