Hello,

I take of the computers in a lab that I manage, and they all use Garritan IO, Personal Orchestra 4, Jazz & Big Band 3, and World Instruments. I realize that users that authenticate using the drag and drop license method do not have to re-authenticate for that particular machine, but moving to a different machine would require re-authentication. Is there a way that I myself can authenticate once for a machine and not require any users that log onto that machine have to authenticate for themselves? We are using Windows 7 and Mac OS X El Capitan computers.

Thanks

Try placing a copy of the license png image in the root installation directory of each Library.

Example:  On my system I installed JABB3 to "%SYSTEMDRIVE%\Program Files\Garritan\Jazz and Big Band 3"

So in a multi-user installation, I'd place a copy of my key (the png image of a card) for JABB3 in that directory.  Now the library should work for all user accounts on my machine.

On my Windows 10 system, ARIA looks in the following locations for a key upon trying to load anything from Library:

1.  %USERPROFILE%\Roaming\AppData\Garritan\<Library Directory>

If it's not found there it checks:

2.  <The installation directory of the Library>

If for some reason your system yields different results, (On Windows, not sure about Macs), you can run from the "Plogue\ARIA" installation on your system:  "AriaReporter.exe" and it will generate a nice tar.gz package with all of ARIA's log files and place it on your desktop.  In browsing such logs you can see exactly what ARIA does, where it looks for things (like your registration keys) and if it found it, etc.  On Windows, such logs are auto-maintained by the ARIA Engine in: "%USERPROFIE%\Roaming\AppData\Plogue".  These logs are a tremendous help in tracking down all sorts of ARIA issues....in my opinion all 'SysOp' level people should know about them :)
