Hi everyone,

 

I just bought Garritan Personal Orchestra 5 and I'm trying to install it. When I try to unzip the installer it says that it's damaged and the can't use this files. I tried with another unzip app but It didn't work as well.

I have a Macbook pro, OS X El Capitan, 10.11.6

Do you know what can I do to install it? I don't want to waste money!!

Is this still happening? If so, you may want to try redownloading the installer from your MakeMusic account. If the freshly downloaded installer does not work, please use the Submit a request link above to get in contact with one of our agents for further assistance.
