Finale v.25, Windows 7 here
I want to load a new VST (Native Instruments Reaktor 5 in particular) and I linked to my VST library through MIDI/AUDIO > Device Setup > Manage VST plug-in directiories.

I linked to a folder with loads of VST plugins, but after refreshing only two new ones appeared.

What makes a plug-in being found by Finale? I know that some plug-ins are dedicated to 32 or 64-bit systems.
