Considering the tie adjustment to the notes, if I resize the staff, how can I ensure that ties proportionally maintain the distance from the notes and not the strict distance.

I think the images will explain what is the problem. I think that there'll be a solution for this problem, once I've already seen scores where that problem doesn't occur and people don't have to manually adjust the tie.
