I have been using Finale since 1992. I usually wait until several bug are corrected before upgrading so I am still using Finale 2014.5 and have not yet upgraded to Finale V25

I am having several issues using Finale 2014.5 with Sierra 10.12.3.

Right now the main issue I am asking about is transposing the key.

When I go to the Key Transpositions dialog box and chose the  key I would like .. it will not change the key.

Any ideas (besides upgrading to Finale v25)?

By going "to the Key Transpositions dialog box" I am guessing you are trying to change the key signature. That ought to work.

 

 

As best I can recall, there is nothing new in Finale v25 that would help with key changes compared to Finale 2014.5.
