Windows 10  Finale 2011

Trying to change number of measures on a perc. staff from 8 meas. down to 4 meas. while keeping all other staves on that same score page at 8 meas.

When I try to do this all staves change to 4 measures per line.

I am not concerned about playback or other issues this might create.  Only want to be able to view this score page with all staves at 8 measures while the percussion staff is 4 measures and aligned with measures on the wind staves (1 perc meas. = 2 wind staff measures)
