I'm using Windows 7 and today bought the version 25.

I downloaded the program but when I tried to run it, it said Windows could not run the program.

I have tried everything listed in your help section and nothing works.  This is very disappointing.  Everything else I download runs without a problem.  There is no one to call for additional help and I am leaving the country tomorrow for more than two weeks so I don't know when I can solve this problem.

First of all, there should be no problem.  A downloaded program should run,  It's as simple as that.
