For the past few versions, I have had a problem in Speedy Entry of keeping the entry cursor staying in place in the selected measure.

When I want to begin an entry (or edit), I click the measure and the cursor should hold in place. Most of the time I have to click and reclick multiple times until I seem to find a sweet spot (generally near the left bar line) so the cursor will stay rather than have the measure appear as if I hadn't selected the measure. Previously I could click anywhere in a measure and it would stay selected. Sometimes the measure appears to be selected then will suddenly deselect.

There is usually no problem when just moving along measure to measure with entries - just when starting fresh with a measure like would happen when switching between tools to enter notes again, editing, or switching staves to make entries.

I know how to deal with it but the extra effort needed is frustrating and time consuming. I do transcribing from manuscripts so I often do entries of blocks of measures across multiple staves which involves a lot of jumping around on the page.
