I want to compose for a Double Brass Quintet but cannot figure out how to score it. I just upgraded to the latest version of Finale for Windows. Any advice or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

J Adrian is correct, this is actually not a feature request. In the future, you'll find better help in our other community area.
You can use the Setup Wizard to start a new document. Choose Brass Quintet on page one of the wizard and then add the second brass quintet on page 2. If you want them separated you can use the arrows to reorder the staves and add a vertical space between the 2 quintets, like this:
