Since downloading the most recent update (March 2017), every third or fourth time I open Finale 25, I have to re-authorize my software. I found on my online profile that it shows my most recent authorization, but I have to keep authorizing over and over (about five times now). It's also showing I have Windows 8 when I have Windows 10. And I can't operate the program fully unless I authorize it. Very frustrating!!!!

That actually sounds like an issue that would've occurred in Finale versions 25.0 - 25.2 on Windows 10; however, work was done in Finale v25.3 to resolve this (see this article for more information). Could you verify that the versions that is being opened is indeed Finale 25.3.0.276? You can do this by choosing Help > About Finale.
