! am using Finale 25 on a Mac OS 10.10 (Yosemite) with a HP Laserjet P2055 and I can't seem to prepare large-sized PDFS anymore.

I have been a Finale user for 25 years and prepare all my orchestral scores using 11X15 inch sized paper which I have printed at a local print shop.  I am not sure why, but Finale 25 does not work when I use SAVE AS PDF for a document larger than letter size.  In this case the Page Layout is set to 11X15, and the document size is 11X15.  Instead of saving an 11X15 pdf I get the PAGE SIZE WARNING [The size of some pages in this document does not match the size of the paper in the printer.  Do you wish to continue?]

When I continue, all that the PDF contains is an 8X11 inch corner of the 11X15 document.  

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I haven't left time to sort this kind of problem out.

Hi John - The checkbox for “Use Finale’s Page Orientation Instead of the Printer’s Page Orientation” has been removed from Program Options, as control for paper size is now handled directly within the OS Print Dialog.

So, while you still set the initial Page Setup for your custom size, you ALSO will need to CHOOSE that custom page size (which you created in Page Setup) from the dropdown list in the Print dialog:

Robert - Thanks for the very quick reply.   I was actually selecting the Paper Size as shown in your great screen shot but for some reason my page dimensions are listed in metric equivalencies (probably a Canadian default somewhere).  Somehow in upgrading to Finale 25 and upgrading the operating system, the metric dimensions for 11X15 which I have never adjusted, got changed to the metric equivalencies for letter-sizes paper.  The screen shot below shows this.  I typed in the appropriate 11X17 metric equivalencies under the MANAGE CUSTOM PAGE SIZES and YES, the pdf prints perfectly at 11X17.  I wasted far too much time sorting this out today but I will sleep much better tonight.
