The human playback function seems to alter the swing feel to almost straight eightnotes. When I playback without human playback (space + leftclick) it sounds ok. But when I use the playback "play" button, it gets weird. I want some other functions from human playback, so just turning it off wan´t help.

I would check two things:
1. What is your (numeric) swing setting in Expressions? That will affect performance.
2. Make sure you have assigned the Swing expression to ALL instrument parts in your file. I find it easiest to do this by duplicating the Tempo Expressions category, changing the Score List (Finale only uses Score List 1 by default) to include all parts, and then move the Swing tempo marking into that category and having it assume the characteristics of the new category. You would create any needed "Straight"/No Swing expression in this category as well.
