I have several Finale Script shortcuts that used to work without invoking tools.  (I'm still using Finale 2010 because all my code is written for that version and I use a vast amount of it for a long-term project I'm working on.)  The keyboard shortcut for the first macro is Alt+S.  When I execute it, the first thing it does is pull up the Staff menu.  Then after a few seconds it continues with the script.  The same sort of thing happens with Alt+T.  It first opens the Tools menu before processing the rest of the code.  Is there a way to disable the keyboard shortcuts that open tools?  I repeat: this worked fine in the past and just started acting in the new way a day or two ago.
