SIbelius 6.2 Windows 7

Aria Player and Sibelius Essentials stopped working they appear in the Playback dialogue but make no sound when tested and sometimes hang the App.

I have updated everyting AFAIK.

Also have a World Music Library that I get told is not registered but I cant generate a new keycard

Any help would be appreciated
