Windows 7 home  with print music 2011

Can anyone help me , I have been revising my Suite for the ocean part 4  It uses about 16 instruments and is 121 bars long after my last revision of the music the first page in page view is ok but all the rest of the pages are stacked so the document is 4 pages long when it was 20 . What is strange is in scroll view everything is ok . I thought to just copy and paste to a new document but it carries over the error What did I do and how do I fix it. The other parts of my suite are still ok

PS I could send the document its not large 87k in size?

Have you tried Update Layout?

(Putting personal info--like your e-mail, phone number, or Finale Serial number) in your forum post is a really bad idea. You should edit your post to remove it.)

Yes I tried that even putting detail to extend document to 121 bars . But nothing changed even the page numbers that are stacked show on the left. I feel safe showing my gmail as its like a spare no financial info on it.

You can try the "Submit a request" link above to contact MM for support. I do not know whether PM 2011 is still supported, but sometimes the MM folks have been generous about helping with certain problems even with versions that have expired.

I solved the problem myself, using the utility update layout does not work on this type of corruption of the view . What I did was click the page layout tool icon ( on the far right top) this then displays the Page Layout drop-down ( middle at the top)  I clicked edit system margins and the select all box then click apply. The problem is solved . To actually create the problem   use a copy*** of one of your scores open the page layout as above but click the space systems evenly and you have the error I had .

Thanks to the person above and the other email I got from people who wanted to help
