I'm working on a Jazz assignment for a class. The assignment is in the Key of C with lot's of accidentals.  I create a document of the assignment in it's original form, key of C adding all the accidentals  that are in the composition. I transpose  down a 4th (for example for the  trumpet) using the transpose down a p4 chromatic not the diatonic transpose. The key signature remains the same but new accidentals, not a key that's different. I really want it to show the key of G with 1# and then deselect the " Show in Concert Pitch" and have a new key that will be playable for the trumpet which is up a Maj 2nd which is the key of A.

What do I need to do differently to have this work?
