Tengo una PC que voy a cambiar por otra más moderna, cuando intento desautorizar no es posible hacerlo. Agradeceré cualquier ayuda.

Que dice Finale cuando trate usted? Ha abierto usted Finale como Administrator?

(Me siento mucho que no hablo mejor su idioma.)

Y si he abierto como Administrador.

Aparece que Finale no puedo hablar con el Internet de su computer. Trate usar "Submit a request" arriba para preguntar MakeMusic directamente.

 

(Teresa de JZZ is upgrading to a new computer and is having trouble deauthorizing the version on her older computer. She is running the program as administrator but the computer says it cannot connect to MakeMusic via the Internet.)
