I purchased Reason 10, and also have Personal Orchestra 5. Reason now supports VST plugins. Using the Aria VST plugin works but with some caveats. In brief: you choose Aria Player VST from the list of Instruments in the Reason browser. It opens a new track in the sequencer and adds the Aria device to the rack. The browse patch button on the instrument in the rack doesn't work, but you can click the large black square to the right marked "VST Plugin" and it opens the Aria Player window. From there you can select your patch, but your selection doesn't appear anywhere in Reason that I could see. The work-around I have found is to manually change the name of the track to the name of the patch, which will then also show up in the rack plugin instrument. The plugin functions correctly otherwise, though I haven't worked with it extensively yet. For example, I haven't yet tried using multiple Aria instruments. If anyone has more accurate or thorough information about using Aria or Personal Orchestra with Reason, I would welcome seeing it.
