When I am at home working in a non-wifi environment, I cannot save documents, because the message is saying a grace period has expired.  The technicians have reentered our numbers from product purchase and the problem goes away.  Then just this past weekend same issue.  Then the tech reentered our numbers and we are ok.  Problem is I just lost an entire weekend's work on two arrangements.  Why is this happening and how can we move forward?

Hi Patrick,

In situations like these it can be updates occurring on your computer that cause Finale to lose the authorization. If this is a seat on a site license that you're using and the authorization was accomplished through the site license monitor, we would expect it to lose authorization once it leaves the site network. If it was authorized manually (as it sounds like it was), you should be set to go anywhere without losing authorization.

I'd like to take a closer individual look at this case since it sounds like there may be a technical issue going on, so I'm going create a support ticket on your behalf.
