OS : Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1
Software : Finale 2014 and 25

I tried to open master tool palette to assign key shortcut to Simple, Speedy and SmartShape, but I cannot open that dialog box...

I pressed Ctrl, Alt, Windows Logo key and clicked anywhere (not clicked on palette), but it wasn't opened!

How do I get there?
