I love using the "Time..." Style in the Measure Number Region to show elapsed time of a composition.

But, is there a way to have the Time start at something other than 0:00, so that I can split larger compositions into separate files (movements)?

Example: Mvt I: 0:00 - 2:30,  Mvt II: 2:30 - 4:00,  Mvt III: 4:00 - etc....

When a Measure Number Region is an actual number/letter, you can choose the first number/letter, but I can't seem to figure out how to do this with Time...

Thanks, -Brad

Hi Brad:

Great suggestion! Thank you. We have a long list of things to address to make multi-movement or method book projects easier. I've added your request to the ticket FIN-3980. I was as surprised as you that there is no control of the offset. You can change page number offsets, Rehearsal Mark offsets, and even measure number offsets that start with numbers, but not the time stamp.

Thanks Michael.

Also, here's a bug I found using "Time..." Style. (see attached)

Hi Brad:

Have you seen the bug in more than 1 file? I'm trying to make it happen and thus far have had no luck.
