Does Garritan/MakeMusic have any plans to fill a folk market niche? I am writing music for bluegrass band using Sibelius, and there is essentially no useful set of sampled sounds for bluegrass available. East-West's RA is lousy, I bought it and the samples never sounded plausible. The combo of Kontakt and Big Fish's country sounds is worthless because I can't even get Kontakt activated and their customer service is the world's worst. Their rep writes back that he solved my problem though he never lifted a finger to try.

The samples market is loaded with wonderful sample collections for orchestral instruments and keyboards, several for world instruments (but non-Western instruments are useless for me), but nothing worthwhile for country. That's not a small market and there aren't that many instruments to create. For bluegrass: just the fiddle, bass, banjo, dobro, acoustic guitar, mandolin, and a few percussion like spoons and washboard would be helpful. That's it. One or another of these is available in your various sets, but I'd have to cobble multiple sets together and still have no dobro. Dobro is a wonderfully poignant instrument, I have several in my house, and I need to be able to simulate the sound of it in Sibelius playback for my project.

I get the fiddle and bass with Essentials included in G6, and there's a rudimentary acoustic guitar and banjo, but the dobro is terrible. I remember that using GPO with early versions of Sibelius worked very well, though Kontakt was a pain. So please consider this folk market.
