Mac operating system OSX Yosemite Ver. 10.10.1

My Finale orchestra score won't play back totally.... piano and strings play back but other instruments do not. I've checked Studio view to make sure the winds were not on mute. Also checked score manager for any instrument mutes... there were none. Also checked all speaker/volume controls.... on my 2408, and at the top of he desktop.... all on. Still couldn't hear the whole score.... and sometimes it was only piano I could hear. So there it is... how do I hear the entire score? (Help)
