I have downloaded this program but cannot install it because a drop down message appears stating; “MAC_Garritan_Personal_Orchestra_4.02.mpkg” can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer. Your security preferences allow installation of only apps from the Mac App Store and identified developers.
I did not have this problem when I purchased it in 2009 or 2010.

This is a Mac OS error message you're encountering. You'll need to open your System Preferences, and from there select "Security & Privacy".
In Security & Privacy, you will be able to allow apps downloaded from Anywhere. If you're on Mac OS Sierra, you might see an option for "Open Anyway" instead of allow from anywhere.
As I said earlier, I have down loaded GPO 4.02. I managed to open it and it connected with my Sibelius 6.2.0. Then reopened security & privacy to close "anywhere". I believe that was the reason GPO disappeared again. I am running OS El Capitan 10.11.6. Do you think my system is too updated to run GPO 4.2? If I must update GPO, wilt work with my Sibelius?
