Hello Everyone,

Our Garritan Libraries Christmas CD tradition is still continuing and Christmas music nominations are open for our 14th album should any forum members be interested in joining us.

A few years back this project was actually run by MakeMusic but it is now being run by 'Friends Of Garritan'. We had a few contributors from the MakeMusic Garritan Community with some great recordings and their contributions were much valued.

Using only Garritan Libraries, (including those bundles with Finale), contributors offer their Christmas music recordings and a selection is made for inclusion on our Christmas CD. There is no payment involved at any stage; our entries and albums are offered freely in the spirit of Christmas. I should also emphasise that this is not a competition and, at present, we have 12 nominations.

High-quality recordings can either be made directly in Finale or in a DAW or a combination of both. Our album is mastered by a professional audio-engineer and producer in the USA. Entries must be received by October 31st.

Should anyone like to hear examples, our 10th Anniversary Album and 11th Album are both available on MakeMusic SoundCloud. (My entries are: Volume 10 Track 06, and Volume 11 Track 02.)
