Lara, Without knowing which version of Finale you are using and which operating system, we cannot help you. Please let us know more information about your program, your operating system, and what you have tried already that does not work.
Here are some more questions: Are the files original to Finale 25 or imported from another version? If you are trying to save existing files, have your tried saving them under a different name or in a different folder? As a safety, have you tried exporting as an XML file? It's not as good as saving the file, but at least you will not lose all your work. Is this the first time you have tried to use Finale 25? If so, what (if anything) did you use before?
