Greetings music makers,

I've got Finale 2014 and Windows 10.  My midi keyboard registers sound and adds notes in simple entry and speed entry.  When I put it into hyperscribe mode, and single click on a bar, the metronome click does not start, and notes do not appear on the staff,  even though I hear sound from my keyboard when i play notes.  I checked midi - device setup - audio set up and the correct source is chosen.  The only channel choice in the channel drop down is 1-2.  The buffer is defaulted at 512.  Interestingly enough, when I click "test audio output" when I'm in the audio set up window,  I don't hear anything, even though when I am back on my staff page for my composition, i hear sound just fine when i play my keyboard in simple or speed entry mode.  Any ideas?  I looked at the other Community posts on this and they don't shed any light on this issue for me.  It would be great to be able to use this program in hyperscribe mode - that's why i got it!  Thanks in advance for your assistance
