 Mac Finale 25.4

How do I get ritards and harmonics to play during playback? I have been writing ritards with expression tool and using harmonics plug-ins for harmonics but neither ritards nor harmonics work in playback.

Make sure Human Playback is active and set to an appropriate setting.

(Try Standard to start.)

It still does not work. I went to midi settings. Checked human playback, and standard and still got no ritard or string harmonics on playback.

Are you entering this file from scratch in Finale?

If not--if you imported all or part of it--you may want to use Clear Selected Items to clear out any pre-existing MIDI data in the file.

I entered the file from scratch in Final. I Cleared Selected items and it made no difference. Still no ritard and no harmonics!
