Foot Switch to flip pages back and fourth during performance.

A Mouse mode comes to mind - Left button Flip Back a Page,

Right button Flip Forward a Page. A piggy back connection to the mouse.

 My mouse is wireless. Windows 10 Finale V25.

No telling what other mouse modes there are.

Hi Robert:

 

There are many third-party automation devices on the market that can be programmed and used with Finale. I would recommend asking the other community what people recommend.
